If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride. Every bike purchased here includes a lifetime of free adjustments. We've got you covered with free basic adjustments for as long as you own the bike.
We also include a free basic bike fit with every bike purchase. This ensures the bike frame is the proper size and that it is properly sized to your specific body geometry.
Finally, all bikes purchased with us include a No Risk 30-Day Test Ride. No satisfied after 30-days, return it for a full refund.*
