If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, return the item, along with the original sales receipt within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Think of it as a 30-day test ride. Now, some exclusions do apply. In certain circumstances, a restocking fee might apply. Only Trek Store Chattanooga has the sole discretion regarding return eligibility.

Shipping Policy
Getting your order quickly shouldn’t cost a fortune, and we do want our stuff fast, like immediately. So, if your order totals $50 or more, we'll ship your order with free two-day shipping. At checkout, just make sure that the "Two Business Days" option is selected. Orders placed before 5pm MST will ship the same day; orders placed over the weekend or on recognized holidays will ship the next business day. Eligible orders will arrive two business days from the date of shipment.
